Not so much a Popeye short, more of a Olive Oyl cartoon. Not really funny, but not dreadful. The opening seems to be edited from two very different film-prints of the same cartoon. I could be wrong, though. Moderately amusing. Animation is a bit on the cheap side when compared with the best shorts in this series, though. Colour is good, though.
